Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

Prepare for Shipping

Carefully repackage the furniture in its original protective boxing and crates to prevent structural or finish damage during the transit back to our workshop.

Schedule a Pickup

Once your return is approved, we will help you coordinate a specialized white-glove or freight carrier to collect the item from your home.

Inspection and Refund

After our craftsmen inspect the piece for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
