What materials do you use for your furniture?
We exclusively use solid North American hardwoods, including Walnut, White Oak, Cherry, and Maple. We never use veneers or particle board, ensuring heirloom-quality durability.
What is the typical lead time for an order?
Because each piece is made to order by our craftsmen, lead times typically range from 8 to 12 weeks. This allows us to ensure the highest quality finish and construction for your specific piece.
Do you offer white glove delivery?
Yes, we offer white glove delivery for most furniture items. This service includes bringing the piece into your room of choice, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
Can I customize the dimensions of a piece?
We do offer minor customizations on many of our standard designs. Please contact our design team with your specific requirements, and we will provide a custom quote if the modification is feasible.
How should I care for my solid wood furniture?
We recommend cleaning with a soft, damp cloth and avoiding harsh chemicals. Since we use a high-quality clear coat, you do not need to wax or oil your furniture; simply keep it away from direct heat sources and extreme humidity.
What is your return policy?
Since our furniture is built to order, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your piece arrives damaged or has a structural defect, we will work quickly to repair or replace it at no cost to you.
